Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an advertising or marketing strategy setting, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Spanish. Based in Detroit Metro or willing to relocate to support client work and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in an advertising agency, marketing strategy, brand, or related environment.
• Extraordinary attention to detail with the ability to make complex subjects understandable.
• Knowledge of the media landscape and how strategy planning influences it.
• Exhibit confidence and persuasiveness; be willing to express a point of view, get people on board, and demonstrate persistence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Based in the Detroit Metro area or open to relocating.

Responsibilities

• Gather relevant intel that will inform and inspire insight generation and creative brief writing.
• Support the execution of research projects (quantitative and qualitative).
• Analyze research (primary and secondary) to uncover trends and truths.
• Leverage market intelligence tools to stay on top of cultural and consumption shifts and influence storytelling.
• Proactively suggest new ways of developing and understanding the brand.
• Provide strategic guidance for social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor, track and report on brand and competitive data and observations.
