Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Strategy Planning, Business Analytics, Consulting, Project Management, Operations, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Data Studio, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation capability.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with global stakeholders.
• Bilingual (English/Korean): must be able to read and write Korean.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic plans and customer value programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs including CSAT, NPS, RTAT, Productivity, Reclaim Rate, Service profitability and Cost Metrics.
• Develop executive dashboards, business reviews, and performance reports for leadership and globalStakeholders.
• Interpret data from service operations, VOC, digital platforms, and market research to identify opportunities and risks.
• Identify pain points and inefficiencies through data-driven analysis and recommend improvements.
• Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and SWOT analysis to identify advantages.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Field Service, Technical Support, Sales, HQ, and external partners.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and special strategic projects.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and performance management.
