Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of other managers, including teller, platform, and customer escalations.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver effective customer service and product advice.
• Promote compliance with TD Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop relationships with customers to deepen and expand business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to engage in needs-based conversations and generate leads.
