Confie is seeking a Bilingual Store Manager in Yakima, WA to lead a sales and customer service team. You will drive store results, manage performance, and deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2- or 4- year college degree required.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of fiduciary duty and ethics.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team.
