Confie is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent/Store Manager to lead a sales team on site in a fast-paced environment. You will drive daily performance, nurture client relationships, and mentor colleagues to achieve ambitious production goals while ensuring exceptional customer care and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver high-quality customer care consistently.
• Oversee sales operations to achieve targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions as they arise.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
