Confie and its family of companies is seeking a Store Manager to lead a sales team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive revenue growth across our store operations.

You will mentor staff, leverage a high-volume inbound lead flow, and manage performance to hit production targets while upholding fiduciary and ethical standards. A competitive compensation package includes base pay plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication expected.
• Leadership and mentoring experience in sales teams is required or preferred.
• Strong ethics and fiduciary responsibility.
• Ability to build lasting customer and team relationships.
• Ambitious, motivated with a drive for advancement.
