Job summary

Confie is seeking a Bilingual Store Manager (Sales, Customer Service) in the United States to lead a team at the Coeur d'Alene location. This full-time role offers unlimited commissions, a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, and comprehensive training to develop your career.

You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive customer satisfaction while leveraging inbound leads and a strong incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is preferred, not required.
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring successful sales teams.
