Formación

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Strong fiduciary duty, integrity, and ethics.
• Ability to build lasting customer and team relationships.
• Ambitious and advancement-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
