Job summary

OCP is seeking a Stewardship Programs and Services Manager to lead Corresponsables de Dios (CDD) initiatives, coordinating parish and diocesan projects from initial assessment to leadership formation and follow‑up. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish facilitation and intercultural competency to serve Hispanic-Latino Catholic communities.

The position supports the Director in strengthening programs, developing resources, and pursuing opportunities for sustainable growth, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, fundraising, philanthropy, nonprofit management, pastoral ministry, theology, organizational leadership, communications or another relevant field.
• Five to ten years of related experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising/development, Catholic ministry or stewardship.
• Bilingual and biliterate (Spanish and English); strong written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Intercultural competency within Hispanic-Latino Catholic and multicultural pastoral environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate OCP’s stewardship programs and services.
• Coordinate parish and diocesan projects from assessment through follow-up.
• Facilitate stewardship trainings and presentations in English and Spanish.
• Develop measures of program participation, effectiveness and impact.
