Qualifications

• The candidate should have graduate level social work preparation or equivalent.
• Solid experience in professional casework/case management related to family preservation, reunification, or adoption.
• Accredited degree programs must be from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as State Central Register Call Center Worker and provide statewide toll-free coverage.
• Offer telephone counseling or referral services for crisis situations and locate statewide resources.
• Enter and verify information for all alleged child abuse/neglect reports in the system.
• Monitor incoming written reports for CPS units and support initial and subsequent reports.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the job as assigned.
