Position Summary

The Bilingual Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for recruiting and screening candidates to determine skill and fit for client needs. The role includes interfacing with companies to determine staffing needs, understanding and managing the recruitment process, reporting pertinent information requested by clients, and fostering positive candidate relationships.

Location: Columbus, IN 47201
Job Type: Full-Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage onsite relationship and communication with the client
• Interview and screen candidates for current and job openings
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
• Verify past employment of candidates
• Respond to employee and customer inquiries and needs
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
• Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must have minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, human resources, or related field preferred
• Excellent skillset in leadership
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must be available to work in the office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
