Associated Staffing Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, NE.

This role offers part-time or full-time schedules with pay at $19/hour plus commission and bonuses, and requires fluency in English and Spanish along with strong verbal communication. The position focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, translating and communicating with bilingual applicants, collaborating with clients, and supporting onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Identify and engage potential candidates via job boards, networking events, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews, assess skills, perform reference checks, and administer assessments and drug tests as needed.
• Bilingual Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and translate or communicate information as needed.
• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and maintain follow-up for successful placements.
• Sales Support: Provide leads to the sales team and market top talent to clients.
• Process Management: Document activities and communications in the database and act with urgency.

What You’ll Do

• Sourcing Talent: Identify and engage potential candidates through online job boards, networking events, referrals, social media platforms and community outreach. Build a pool of pre-screened candidates for current and future opportunities.


• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews, assess skills, perform reference checks and ensure candidates meet the qualifications for assigned roles. Administer assessments and drug tests as needed. Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish speaking candidates throughout the recruiting process.


• Bilingual Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and associates. Translate or communicate important information regarding job opportunities, expectations, policies, orientations, schedules and employment-related matters when needed.


• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, communicate candidate qualifications and maintain ongoing follow-up to ensure successful placements.


• Sales Support: Provide leads to the sales team based on interactions with candidates and clients. Market top talent to existing and potential clients.


• Process Management: Document all activities, messages, candidate information and client communications in our database. Act with urgency!


• Onboarding & Support: Conduct orientations and maintain ongoing follow-up with clients and associates throughout their assignments. Provide bilingual support during onboarding when needed.


• Coaching & Development: Support associates throughout their employment journey, addressing concerns, attendance issues and workplace questions as needed.


• Community Engagement: Promote Associated Staffing Inc.'s opportunities by networking within the community, building relationships with diverse talent pools and leveraging social media.
