The role requires bilingual Spanish and English, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri with potential overtime; health benefits and 401K are offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate across teams with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants in a timely manner; make hiring decisions and offer job assignments.
• Administer pre-employment tests and enter results per procedures.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment paperwork and compliance.
• Conduct quality control calls with clients and associates for feedback.
• Make outbound calls to market candidates to customers.
• Communicate with sales staff about order status and satisfaction.
• Counsel and terminate temporary associates as needed.
• Ensure operations comply with policies and regulations.
