Staff-Force is actively seeking a Bilingual Recruiter / Staffing Representative to source, screen, and place qualified candidates, with strong support for clients and employees. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

You will coordinate onboarding, interview candidates, manage applicant data, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining timely communication with clients to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.
