Pond Lehocky Giordano is seeking a bilingual Spanish Social Security Disability Intake Specialist to join our remote team. You’ll guide clients through the initial intake, gather information, and explain the SSD process to help qualified clients advance with our legal team.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, stays organized in a high-volume environment, and provides a compassionate client experience from intake to next steps.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in a high-volume call environment preferred.
• Willingness to work remotely from the United States.

Responsabilités

• Explain Social Security Disability benefits and screen for eligibility with current workers’ compensation clients.
• Conduct intake interviews in English and Spanish.
• Gather work history, medical conditions, treatment, and daily limitations.
• Explain the SSD process and next steps clearly and compassionately.
• Complete intake questionnaires and obtain electronically signed documents.
• Maintain thorough notes in internal systems.
• Coordinate with attorneys to transition qualified cases.
• Follow up with difficult-to-reach clients.
• Provide a professional and compassionate intake experience.
• Meet daily call, activity, and performance targets.
