Mindset Care Inc. is seeking an empathetic Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking SSDI/SSI benefits.

The role involves structured phone assessments, collecting sensitive information, and guiding clients through the SSDI/SSI process in a remote setting. The ideal candidate has experience in intake or client support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• Experience in intake or phone-based client support is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex SSDI/SSI processes in plain language.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential client information.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured intake assessments to understand medical, employment, and service needs.
• Collect, verify, and document sensitive client information accurately.
• Explain Mindset’s services and next steps clearly and compassionately.
• Support distressed clients through the SSI/SSDI process.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and follow-ups while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Maintain accurate client records in case management systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Follow privacy, security, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings.
• Apply critical thinking to assess functional limitations and follow-up questions.
