Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit initial SSD applications via SSA portal.
• Ensure all agreements, authorizations, and docs are submitted.
• Follow up with SSA to monitor status.
• Communicate with clients regarding claim status and SSA forms.
• Request updates on clients' medical conditions and treatment.
• Submit updated medical records to SSA as needed.
• Prepare and file appeals for denied claims.
