North-Texas-Therapy-and-Home-Car seeks a bilingual English/Spanish SLPA to deliver skilled speech therapy in clients' homes or daytime facilities in Texas.

Requirements include current Texas SLPA licensure, at least 6 months of full-time clinical experience with pediatric patients; home health experience is preferred. The role offers full-time benefits and strong supervision within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Updates knowledge through education, reading, and professional involvement.
• Enhances the department by taking ownership of new requests and adding value.

• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances speech therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
