North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide skilled services in patients' homes or daytime facilities in Lewisville, TX. The role requires TX licensure and at least 6 months of full-time clinical experience with pediatric patients.

Experience with home health is preferred. The ideal candidate collaborates with the care team, follows physician orders, and stays current with professional knowledge through ongoing education and

Competenze

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Current Texas SLPA licensure required.

• Schedules weekly supervision visit(s) with supervising SLP according to Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans for care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances speech therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
