Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed SLPA to provide pediatric speech therapy services in patients' homes or daytime facilities in Texas. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, a current Texas SLPA license, and at least 6 months of full-time clinical experience, with pediatrics and home health experience preferred.

You will collaborate with the care team, schedule supervision visits, and engage in ongoing learning to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Provides services in the patients' home or daytime facility.
• Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP according to Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans for care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Keeps current by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.

• Enhances speech therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
