Job summary

Sunny Horizons Therapy Services LLC in San Diego County is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role offers a flexible schedule (part time or full time) with in-home therapy for infants and toddlers, ages 0–3, and a pay rate of $80-90 per hour DOE.

You set your hours and caseload, integrating family coaching and IFSP-aligned plans. Licensure in California (SLP or CFY) and a Master’s in SLP are required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed in California as SLP or CFY.
• Experience or interest in pediatrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, play-based therapy for infants and toddlers.

What You'll Do:

• Provide in-home, play-based therapy for infants and toddlers in their natural environments
• Collaborate with families using a coaching model that builds real-life skills and confidence
• Conduct evaluations, develop IFSP-aligned treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
• Work closely with a team that values warmth, trust, and professional excellence
