The role focuses on month-end close, GL, reconciliations, and audit support, with a strong emphasis on building scalable accounting processes in a multinational environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, along with SAP experience and IFRS/US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting (month-end close, GL, reconciliations)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Experience in multinational or LATAM-focused accounting environments
• Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the month-end close, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Support audit-related activities, including inventory audits
• Assist in clean-up efforts and process improvements across accounting operations
• Partner with remote Controller (LATAM-based) and U.S. finance leadership
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of accounting processes and procedures
