Job summary

A fast-growing, private equity-backed organization in the technology space is seeking a Sr. Accountant to support a finance transformation during a period of rapid expansion. This fully remote role offers exposure to a multinational environment including LATAM operations and U.S.

leadership. The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle accounting, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience with SAP in a multinational setting. You will work closely with a LATAM-based Controller and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting (month-end close, GL, reconciliations)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written; will be assessed)
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Experience in multinational or LATAM-focused accounting environments
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience in shared services or LATAM accounting teams (preferred)
• Experience with intercompany accounting (preferred)
• CPA or equivalent (not required)
• Experience supporting audit processes (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own key aspects of the month-end close, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Support audit-related activities, including inventory audits
• Assist in clean-up efforts and process improvements across accounting operations
• Partner closely with remote Controller (LATAM-based) and U.S. finance leadership
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of accounting processes and procedures
