Job summary

Social Factor is seeking qualified moderators with Spanish language experience for project-based, temporary or part-time work. We offer flexible schedules to fit diverse lifestyles, including roles that run 24/7 for night owls or early birds.

Moderators will help build strong digital communities for well-known brands, engaging with users in real-time, mirroring brand voice across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Spanish language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, references, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, able to follow clear guidelines and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills/language test for final candidates).
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach.
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, growing organization.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and engaging in discussions/troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with Windows 10 and macOS 12.X.
• Personal internet speed of at least 150 Mbps
