Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a driven field sales representative to acquire new residential customers in non-bulk MDU properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach using a consultative approach. This role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives, with total compensation potential over $100,000 per year, plus Spectrum services.

You’ll work outdoors, meet sales targets, document activities, and build long-term relationships in assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in sales or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established monthly sales targets within the assigned MDU portfolio.
• Engage potential customers in non-bulk MDU properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door outreach to acquire new residential customers.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services within assigned properties.
• Respond to customer problems and follow company policy to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document dispositions, sales orders and reporting within required timeframes.
