Spectrum is hiring a field sales representative to acquire new residential customers through door-to-door visits in assigned MDUs with 49 or fewer doors. You will use a consultative approach to assess needs and meet sales targets, while delivering excellent customer service and building the Spectrum brand in the local community.

The role offers a competitive base salary with lucrative incentives, potential total compensation over $100,000, and benefits including Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, smartphones, routers and wireless equipment, and software applications.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record meeting Spectrum standards.

Responsabilités

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors.
• Support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals within the MDU portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers.
• Respond to customer problems per policy and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities and pricing; inform supervisor of changes.
• Attend sales meetings and training; apply learnings to improve results.
• Complete documentation for sales activities, dispositions, orders, and reporting on time.
• Collect and account for funds and provide receipts per company policy.
