AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Ventura to help customers choose the right devices and services. You’ll engage with Spanish- and English-speaking customers, drive sales, and earn uncapped commissions based on performance while building lasting community connections.

Expect a regular schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with comprehensive training and tools provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
