Job summary

AT&T in Monterey, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant who speaks Spanish and English to help customers choose devices, services and plans. You’ll use a consultative approach to drive sales and earn commissions as you meet goals.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with seniority-based planning provided two weeks in advance; training is offered to help you succeed in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks' notice for seniority-based changes.
• Sales targets and commissions are part of the role as you promote AT&T products and services.
