Job summary

AT&T in Ventura, CA is expanding its Retail Sales Consultant team to help customers select devices and services with a consultative approach. You’ll build connections by guiding options and participating in community events, online orders, and outbound calls.

Eligible candidates benefit from a base salary with uncapped commission opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and a 40-hour schedule including weekends is typical to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn tools, training, and coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T products and services.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 40 hours weekly.
