Job summary

AT&T is seeking team members for its Retail Sales Consultant role in Oakland. You will engage customers with bilingual Spanish/English service, guide options, and leverage AT&T products to meet needs and drive sales.

You’ll participate in community events, handle orders, and may make outbound calls while working a schedule that includes weekends from 9am to 9pm. Training is provided to help achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a key asset.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to work a schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• FIll online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and participate in commission programs.
