Expect a 40-hour work week between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules. This fast-paced role offers uncapped commissions, with earnings potential up to $62,460 for top performers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling announced 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and keep up with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Support customers and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
