You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with paid training and uncapped commission opportunities. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we provide tools and coaching to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willing to participate in training and coaching to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and participate in community events.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with uncapped commission.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends.
