Job summary

AT&T in Frisco, TX is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers navigate our full suite of products with bilingual Spanish and English capabilities. You’ll build connections, meet sales goals, and earn uncapped commissions with support from training and coaching.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with a schedule from 9am to 9pm and access to perks like medical, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based planning.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment as technology and processes evolve.
• Receive training and coaching to meet and exceed sales goals.
