AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant in El Paso, TX. You’ll guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them choose devices and services while meeting sales targets and earning commissions.

You’ll engage customers on the sales floor, handle online orders, and support outbound calls. The role requires flexibility to work 9am–9pm, including weekends, with shifts shared in advance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching will be provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based shifts released 2 weeks in advance.
