AT&T in Delaware is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers on the sales floor with a consultative approach, guiding them through device options and services.

You’ll meet sales targets, earn commissions, and join a team that serves communities with the latest devices, plans, and support. Shifts run 9am–9pm, including weekends, with scheduling accommodated two weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience using a consultative sales approach is beneficial.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach guiding customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends; seniority-based planning 2 weeks ahead.
