Job summary

AT&T is seeking a bilingual Retail Sales Consultant in Eugene to guide customers with a consultative approach and help them select the right products. You will build meaningful connections, assist with online orders, community events, and outbound calls while aiming to meet sales targets.

The role supports bilingual customers and offers full training with coaching. Work hours span 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling provided in advance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No prior sales experience required – training, tools, and coaching will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a consultative sales approach to help them choose the right products.
• Create meaningful connections with every customer and help them personalize their experience.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission based on AT&T’s full suite of products.
• Assist with community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
