Spiked Wireless, an authorized Metro by T-Mobile retailer, seeks a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, coaching sales staff, and meeting sales and service targets within a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, bring at least 3+ years of wireless retail management, and demonstrate proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales management experience (preferably in wireless retail).
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus (Spanish and English fluently).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of a Metro by T-Mobile retail location.
• Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements.
• Recruit, train, and develop Sales Advocates; lead weekly staff meetings.
