My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager in Florida to coach and develop a team that delivers best-in-class customer service and strong sales results. You will lead store operations, hiring, scheduling, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer experiences and measurable performance.

The role requires management and retail sales experience, flexibility with hours, and the ability to drive a loyal client base while upholding company

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required).
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop your team to achieve location KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, and schedule team members.
