AT&T in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager 2 to lead daily store operations, drive sales and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee merchandising, product launches and customer experience to deliver best-in-class services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, set priorities, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store. A track record in telecommunications and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
