• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred or required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and guide options.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Help customers meet and exceed their goals with the tools and training provided.
