Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role focuses on bilingual (Spanish/English) customer engagement, consultative selling, and meeting sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with full training provided.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be coached to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options and close sales.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule (9am–9pm, including weekends) with 2-week advance seniority-based planning.
• Support customers with product options and services to meet their needs.
