Job summary

AT&T in Santa Fe, NM is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers. If you speak Spanish and English, starting pay may include bilingual premium, with uncapped commission and career growth opportunities.

You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the floor, meet sales targets, and build meaningful connections with customers while staying flexible to a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. Training provided. This role supports community events and outbound calls to customers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules provided 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• You’ll help meet and exceed sales goals with AT&T’s full suite of products and services.
