AT&T is hiring for a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers in our Midland, TX location. You’ll use bilingual skills to assist both Spanish- and English-speaking customers and build relationships through personalized sales expertise.

You will meet sales targets, learn AT&T products and services, and enjoy uncapped commission opportunities while receiving full training and ongoing coaching in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
