AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and lead a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with the store manager to ensure superior customer experiences, drive sales objectives, and coordinate merchandising and product launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of retail store in partnership with store manager
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
• Participate in training programs to support leadership development
