Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal) is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Registration Specialist at our Santa Rosa Health Center. The role is full-time (40 hours/week).

The Registration Specialist will ensure a smooth patient experience, perform registration and insurance verification, and support billing and scheduling processes. Qualifications

• Front desk and registration experience preferred.
• Ability to verify insurance and assist with billing processes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients and schedule appointments.
• Enter patient data accurately into the Epic EPM/EHR system.
• Verify patient eligibility for funding/insurance and collect payments.
• Provide financial counseling and explain public programs and sliding-fee options.
