Job summary

Planned Parenthood Northern California (PPNorCal) is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Registration Specialist for our Santa Rosa Health Center. This full-time role covers front desk operations, insurance verification, scheduling, and patient financial counseling.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, 100% employer-paid medical for full-time staff, and a 403(b) with employer match after 12 months. Must be able to travel between regional centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired.
• Experience in receptionist/office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Check-in/out patients and schedule appointments using Epic EPM/EHR.
• Assist with insurance verification, billing and pre-registration processes.
