Job summary

Planned Parenthood Northern California is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Registration Specialist for the Santa Rosa Health Center. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a comprehensive benefits package and salary range of $25.75–$30.78 per hour.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and financial counseling. Travel to multiple regional centers may be required. The position is represented by SEIU Local 1021.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience in receptionist/office setting preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
• Check-in/check-out patients; schedule appointments; answer phones; enter data into Epic EPM/EHR.
• Greet patients and communicate wait times and availability.
• Assist with insurance verification, registration, and billing processes.
