Environment Control Southwest Ohio in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator (English/Spanish) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. The position offers $18/hour with weekly pay. You will actively recruit in the community and online, handle calls and emails, and support onboarding for new hires.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, personable on the phone, and highly organized. Prior recruiting is a plus, but we will train the right person.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone.
• Organized and reliable; recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit in the community and online in English & Spanish.
• Call, text, and email applicants.
• Interview candidates and make job offers.
• Assist new hires with onboarding and orientation.
• Reconnect with past applicants and former employees.
• Track recruiting activity and progress.
