ScribeAmerica offers on-site medical scribe positions across diverse healthcare settings. You will document patient visits in real time, record histories and exams, and support physicians to keep care uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
