Qualifications

• Must have recruiting and interviewing experience.
• Fluent conversational Spanish ability is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files in accordance with NYS DOH regulations.
• Process new employment applicants including interviews and verification of certificates and references.
• Conduct interviews for prospective hires and provide recommendations based on outcomes.
• Administer new hire orientation and coordinate with the Human Resources department throughout hiring.
